Just 15 Minutes

A lot of people say they wish they did "x" but they just didn't have time. It's true! This is a big problem in this day and age. We want to do so much but there's only 24 hours in a day, hopefully 7 or more of which you are sleeping ;)


So think about this concept. Plan out 15 minutes a day to do one of the things you've been wanting to do. For me it's exercising. For you it might be reading, writing, creating, calling a friend, whatever the case may be! Set aside 15 minutes to just do it.

This way, you can just "try it out" without too much of a commitment, and if you enjoy whatever "it" is, you can try to carve out more time later! Sometimes we forget that hobbies are really what makes us who we are! So don't leave them hanging! Make time! I promise you there really is 15 minutes in your day somewhere. It's up to you to figure out where and what you're going to do.
