Slow down

As the holidays come rolling around the corner I think it is important to take time to slow down and smell the cookies.

By this I mean, times are busy. And it’s important to take time to yourself during this season and focus on what is really important rather than the sales.

I work in retail. And in retail it’s all about numbers. But let’s forget about commercials for a second. Let’s remember our community. Our spirituality. Our health, both mental and physical.

So let’s take time to slow down as the year winds down and the holidays wind up. Forget about the stuff and remember the important things, whatever those things are to you.

Write them down and pull them out when you’re stressed. It may help!
